From 17 to 193 Calls and Forms a Month With Local SEO for a Seattle Service Company
A long-established local company in a crowded Seattle market. Customers loved them, but the website wasn't built to rank, didn't show off the reviews, and made it hard to call.
calls and form submissions per month
monthly organic visits
five-star Google reviews, put to work on the site

The challenge
The site had been around for years without being optimized: thin content, no easy way to call or request service, and none of the company's 115 five-star reviews visible to a first-time visitor. Competition for local searches was heavy.
What we did
- Ran a technical audit and fixed coding, structure, speed and mobile issues
- Embedded the company's Google and Yelp reviews on the site and linked customers straight to leave new ones
- Installed tracking for every phone call and form, by channel
- Rebuilt content around local, high-intent keywords and dropped the weak ones
- Earned authoritative backlinks while the content was being published
The results
Between December 2018 and July 2020, calls and form submissions grew from 17 to 193 a month. Organic visits rose from 267 to 3,044 a month, monthly sessions from 393 to 3,718, and new users from 368 to 3,251.
What this means for a plumbing shop
A plumbing shop's best SEO assets are usually already there: years of happy customers and a phone number people want to call. The work is making Google see you, showing the reviews where a stressed homeowner will see them, and tracking calls so you know which pages make the phone ring.
About this case study. This client is a junk removal business, not a plumbing company. The work was done by Logic Inbound, part of the same company as Plumbing Inbound. Figures come from the original write-up: read the original case study.
